Make Boutique Style Hair Bow

You can make a boutique style hair bow for all the little girls in your life. They will love to wear them because they look beautiful and because you made them.

It will cost you very little to make a boutique style hair bow yourself. If you do a lot of crafting you might even have the materials you need on hand.

There are many different types of boutique style hair bows that you can make. The video shows you how to make a classic twisted style bow that you see a lot for sale in stores. However in stores you will pay a nice chunk of change for something that will cost you pennies to make yourself.

In the picture above you will see a layered boutique bow. In my opinion these are much fancier that the twist bow and much more beautiful too. They is not too much more to the layered bow than the twist bow. It consists of wider ribbon, different widths and colors of ribbon, and just a little bit more time. But so worth it. In the end the layered bow will still only cost a couple of bucks per bow to make.

1. 2 types 1 ½ inch Ribbon
2. 7/8 inch Ribbon
3. 2 types 3/8 inch Ribbon
4. Needle and thread
5. Lighter
6. Hot glue gun
7. Straight pin
8. Hair Clip
9. Optional: Large hairdressers clip
